The Visibility Clarity Audit

For weight-inclusive dietitians, nutritionists, therapists & coaches who are tired of guessing what's wrong with their marketing

You're doing the things.

You just can't tell why they're not adding up.

You're creating content.

You're sending emails.

You have a website, a lead magnet, a landing page, or some combination of all of them.

And yet...

You're not sure what's actually working.

You don't know why people aren't taking the next step.

You can't tell whether you need more visibility, a clearer message, a better funnel, more consistency, or whether you're just spending way too much energy on things that don't matter as much as you think they do.

So you keep trying things.

And when they don't work, it's easy to assume you're the problem.

Maybe you need to post more.

Maybe your content isn't good enough.

Maybe your audience isn't big enough.

Maybe you need to figure out Instagram.

Maybe everyone else knows something about marketing that you somehow missed.

Before you do more, let's figure out what's actually happening.

You don't need another marketing checklist.

You need someone to step outside your business and look at the whole picture with you.

That's what the Visibility Clarity Audit is.

I'll look at the pieces that make up your visibility: your content, website, email, lead magnet, landing page, offers, referrals, metrics, and whatever else is relevant to your particular business.

Then I'll show you:

What's working.
What's getting in the way.
What's worth fixing.
And what you can stop worrying about.

Because sometimes the answer isn't more marketing.

Sometimes you've already built the thing, you just aren't using it in a way that's helping people move toward working with you.

Sometimes the problem is one small disconnect between pieces you've already created.

And sometimes you're spending an enormous amount of time trying to make Instagram do a job it was never meant to do.

You can't solve what you haven't correctly diagnosed.

Here's what happens when you book:

1. Tell me what's going on

You'll fill out a short visibility form telling me what you're currently doing, what numbers you have access to, what's confusing you, what's working, and what you'd love to feel differently about your visibility.

You don't need perfect analytics.

You don't need a giant audience.

You don't need to have everything figured out.

I want to see what you're actually working with.

2. I step inside your business

I'll spend a few days reviewing the pieces that matter for your particular situation.

That might include your website, content, email list, lead magnet, landing page, nurture sequence, offers, referral pathways, discovery calls, or your existing numbers.

I'm not looking for reasons to give you more homework.

I'm looking for the places where a relatively small shift could make the rest of your visibility make more sense.

3. We look at it together

You'll get a personalized 10-point Visibility Clarity Plan.

Then we'll meet for 60–90 minutes on Zoom and go through it together, point by point.

I'll explain what I'm seeing, why I think it matters, and what I'd do next.

You can ask questions.

We can talk through what feels realistic.

And if something I've recommended doesn't make sense for your business or your capacity, we talk about that too.

4. You know what to do next

You leave with a clear picture of what's happening in your visibility, and a prioritized set of changes you can actually make.

Not a new marketing strategy to implement overnight.

Just the 10 things I think are most worth your attention right now.

And some of those may be things you've already built but haven't been using lately.

That's useful too.

Because you may not need to create anything new at all.

Imagine knowing...

Why your landing page isn't converting the way you expected.

Whether your email list is actually underperforming, or whether you're interpreting the numbers too harshly.

Whether you need more people seeing your work or a clearer path for the people who already are.

Which pieces of your visibility are working together, and which ones aren't.

What deserves your attention right now.

What can wait.

And what you can stop doing altogether.

That's what clarity gives you.

This isn't about doing more.

I believe your marketing should support your practice, not require you to build your entire life around it.

So I'm not going to automatically tell you to:

→ post every day
→ chase every new platform
→ make yourself more "visible"
→ build another funnel
→ create another freebie
→ obsess over your engagement rate
→ or spend three hours a day trying to appease an algorithm

Instagram isn't the end-all-be-all of marketing.

And for a lot of weight-inclusive providers, it's become a place where an enormous amount of time and energy gets spent trying to figure out what the algorithm wants, while much more human opportunities for connection and referral are sitting somewhere else.

Don't underestimate the power of being a human in relationship.

Your visibility strategy needs to make sense for your business, your values, your capacity, and the way you actually want to practice.

That's the lens I use when I audit your business.

What you'll walk away with:

A personalized 10-point Visibility Clarity Plan

Not generic advice or another template.

Your recommendations are based on what you're actually doing, what you're trying to build, and what I see when I look at the whole picture.

A clearer understanding of your numbers

I'll help you distinguish between:

"This number tells us something useful" and "This number is making you panic about something it doesn't actually tell us."

A better sense of where the gaps are

Maybe people aren't finding you.

Maybe they're finding you but don't understand what you do.

Maybe they're interested but don't have a clear next step.

Maybe they're opting in but disappearing afterward.

Maybe everything is technically working, but you're trying to maintain far too much of it.

We'll figure out which problem you actually have before you start fixing things.

A manageable path forward

You'll know what I'd tackle first, what I'd leave alone, and what can wait.

Because clarity isn't useful if it just gives you a longer to-do list.

"I was doing the right things—but I couldn't see what was getting in the way."

"I loved the specific examples provided in the document you shared. And it was short and sweet which was really helpful for me!"

Calee Gibbs

EmpoweRD LLC

"Before the audit, my visibility felt like I was shouting into a void. After the audit, it feels like I'm speaking directly to my ideal clients (and they can't wait to work with me!)"

Holly Toscanini

The Unwaiting Method

"I felt like I was doing the right things but people just didn't want/weren't ready to work with me. After the audit I can see clearly the leaks and ways to grow/meet my needs without overdoing it."

Chrissy Overstreet

FoodFullCircle

"Before the audit, my visibility felt like a brick wall that I'd have to break through each week; After the audit it's way more manageable."

FAQ

That's okay.

You don't need advanced analytics or a huge audience.

The audit works with what you have.

Your email open rate. Your landing page traffic. Your number of consults. Your content. Your website. Your referral patterns. Your gut feeling that something isn't working.

You give me what you've got. I'll help you make sense of it.

Also okay.

In fact, that can be really useful.

One of the things clients have found valuable is realizing that they don't necessarily need to create something new.

Sometimes the recommendation is simply:

"You already built this. Let's start using it again."

They shouldn't.

The point isn't to hand you ten new projects.

It's to help you decide what deserves your attention and what doesn't.

We'll talk through the recommendations together so you can figure out what actually fits your capacity right now.

You are allowed to implement slowly.

I'll tell you if I think I can help you beyond the audit.

But the audit is valuable on its own.

You can take your plan and run with it.

If you want someone beside you to help implement, troubleshoot, prioritize, and make strategic decisions as you go, I'll explain what that could look like at the end of our call.

No pressure.
